ANIMAL TESTING DEMO

Last Night I took part in a great demonstration with a Toronto based group called Wild@Heart. These guys are wonderful and a highly recommend to anyone who cares enough about animals and who is willing to spend a couple of hours to speak up for those who have no voice to join them for the next event.

We were at Yonge and Dundas square on a busy Friday night trying to educate the public about the cruelties of animal testing for items such as hair gel, toothpaste, dental floss, moisturizer and shaving cream. In this day and age its not necessary and it plain evil. When buying your cosmetics or prescription drugs please ensure they are cruelty free and a bonus is when you buy the healthy stuff, generally speaking they don't have the animal by-products in them.

Who wants to rub glycerine(pig fat) on their face or body anyway???

Take a few minutes and google what companies do and don't test on animals and become aware, please! Stay away from Proctor and Gamble, they seem to own half the world and at the same time kill as many little animals as the can :(

It's an important reminder. Proctor and Gamble even bought up some companies that used to be cruelty-free.

Great work on getting out there and letting people know.
